My story...


A small, local enterprise with a big heart


Based in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland I'm a busy mum of one (and wife to a very patient husband), creating cakes and bakes for customers on days outwith my three-day-a-week career.

A hobby for over 20 years, I decided to up the baking stakes in October 2013 and established my business to meet growing demand. I'm delighted to be an approved supplier to St Andrews top Hotels including The Old Course Hotel Golf Resort and Spa, Fairmont, and Rufflets Country House Hotel.




I love baking and creating cakes and sweet treats for my customers to capture life's special moments. To quote Julia Child, the reowned American chef and author "A party without cake is just a meeting". My idol in the cake world has to be the ultimate queen of cakes - Peggy Porschen. A-MAZ-ING!


Service excellence and customer satisfaction matter hugely to me and that's why I provide a truly personal approach. I take pride in what I do, with careful attention to detail. Word of mouth marketing is the most effective form of promotion for any small business. My customer testimonials are hugely valuable to me, my business and prospective customers.

I'm registered as a food establishment and accredited by the Food Hygiene Information Scheme.

Food labelling: all food I sell directly to consumers is labelled in accordance with The Food Labelling Regulations 1996; Food Labelling (Scotland) Regulations 2004; and EC Regulation 1333/2008

Allergens: most of my products contain eggs, milk and wheatflour. Some products may contain nuts (e.g. fruit cakes with marzipan). Known allergens are labelled on my products.
