Naked or semi-naked WEDDING cakes

Pared-back styling, dressed with a combination of fresh, local red and black berries and/or flowers.  Either organically grown fresh flowers or handcrafted sugar flowers.


Naked cakes: stacked tiers of sponge filled with jam and buttercream, dressed with fresh berries and/or fresh flowers, and finished with a light dusting of powdered sugar.  Mix and match your sponge flavours and fillings, or retain one flavour throughout - it's entirely your choice.  Dive-in!


Semi-naked cakes: take naked cakes up a notch, with a thin outer coating of luxurious buttercream, dressed with flowers and foliage and/or seasonal fruit.   Add a ganache drip for extra indulgence.

Sugarpaste cakes

Simple elegance, with a touch more formality.  Each tier comprises four layers of sponge with the filling of your choice, encased in white chocolate ganache, and then thinly coated with professional grade sugarpaste.

Stacked tiers of sponge, filled, ganached, and encased in professional grade sugarpaste with a delicate vanilla flavour.  Mix and match your sponge flavours and fillings, or go uniform.  A timeless classic wedding cake.  Simply finished here with a satin ribbon around each tier, with fresh and sugar flowers to complement your venue styling.  Add subtle embelishment with Royal Icing, edible lace or even gold leaf for a touch more extravagance.

ICED WEDDING FAVOUR BISCUITS

Perfect as wedding favour gifts.  For wedding favours with added practical purpose, choose personalised iced vanilla biscuits - on or off sticks - which double-up as table place-settings.  They'll be a conversation starter for guests!

Smooth or textured finish, with sugar flowers, organically grown fresh flowers, with or without locally grown berries.

Stacked tiers of sponge, filled, and encased in a luxurious buttercream with a smooth or textured finish.


Dressed with fresh berries and/or flowers and foliage to complement your venue styling.

Cupcake and macaron towers

An alternative to a tiered wedding, cupcake towers or macaron towers provide a more laid back vibe, topped off with a four-layer sponge for that all important cake cutting photograph.  Dressed with flowers and foliage.  

For a modern twist on the stacked wedding cake, a tower of cupcakes or macaron, dressed with fresh flowers to complement your venue styling.  Mix and match flavours, or opt for just one flavour throughout. 



ITALIAN MERINGUE MACARONS

Also perfect as wedding favours.  Moreish mouthfuls of deliciousness in a range of flavours.  Macarons can also be an integral part or feature of your wedding cake.
