There is something very magical about helping clients fulfil their wedding cake dreams. I love baking, cake design, sugar flower art and weddings with a passion. Skill, patience, precision and high quality locally-sourced ingredients go into each and every wedding cake. Aesthetics and taste are equally important.
As a solopreneur, I focus on making one wedding cake per week to ensure service excellence - recognised in my various Scottish, UK and Global Awards.
I'm hugely honoured to be a preferred supplier to many fabulous wedding venues in and around St Andrews, including The Old Course Hotel Golf Resort and Spa, The University of St Andrews, Rufflets Country House Hotel, Forgans St Andrews, Cambo House, The Cow Shed Crail, Myres Castle and The Byre at Inchyra.
I will personally deliver and assemble your wedding cake on the morning your big day. And because home is right on the edge of St Andrews, your cake will travel a very short journey to reach your venue, which means a lower carbon footprint too.
For the past eight-and-a-bit years, I've been proudly serving both UK and international wedding clients. Whether you're planning your wedding cake in the UK or from the other side of the world, I aim to make the experience as stress-free and straightforward as possible.
I'd describe my style as contemporary with understated elegance. Whilst wedding cakes are my main focus, I also offer a personalised wedding favour cookie service to clients. Handcrafted iced cookie favours that double-up as table placesettings are a win-win option. And not forgetting mouthwatering Italian meringue macarons - also perfect for wedding favours, or as an integral part of your wedding cake design.

Please provide details of your wedding date, wedding venue and estimated guest numbers so that I can respond efficiently. There is a standard £50 non-refundable booking fee for a private wedding cake consultation and tasting, but this is deducted from your wedding cake order.
My business days are normally Thursday through to Saturday (and the occasional Sunday), except for school holidays. The very simplest of wedding cake commissions start at £425 for up to 100 guests. If you or your guests have special dietary requirements, I will do my very best to accommodate.
